Privacy Policy
How we process personal data received through this website. Effective from 5 September 2026.
1. Controller

2. What data we collect
Through the enquiry form: the name of the company or institution, the name of the contact person, e-mail address, phone number (optional), the content of the enquiry, and technical submission data (time, IP address, the page from which the enquiry was sent). In the case of telephone or e-mail contact: the data you provide yourself.
3. Purpose and legal basis
We process data in order to prepare a quotation and respond to your enquiry (implementation of pre-contractual measures at your request, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), for communication regarding orders, and to fulfil legal obligations (accounting, taxes, Article 6(1)(c) GDPR). We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.
4. Where the data is stored
Enquiries are stored in the enquiry register on a server within the European Union (Hetzner, Germany/Finland) and forwarded to the controller's e-mail address via an e-mail sending service. Data is not transferred outside the EU/EEA unless necessary for the service and appropriately protected.
5. Retention
Enquiry data is kept for 24 months from the last contact; data relating to orders and invoices is kept for as long as required by law (10 years). After this period, the data is deleted or anonymised.

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies and does not load third-party analytics scripts. For more information, see the Cookies section.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Please send your request to info@eurosafe-workwear.com. If you believe that the processing infringes applicable regulations, you may lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia (www.ip-rs.si).
8. Changes
This policy may be updated; the current version is always published on this page together with its effective date.
