What is the minimum order quantity?
We prepare quotations for businesses from just a few dozen pieces. For embroidery or printing, a sensible quantity is from 20 pieces per model, as this involves setting up the embroidery program or screen.
How quickly do we receive a quote?
Within 48 hours of receiving the specifications: number of employees, working environments, desired types of equipment.
What are the delivery times?
These depend on the stock of the individual model; the lead time is stated for each item in the quotation. Personalisation extends the lead time by the embroidery or printing period.
Can we test samples?
Yes, for larger orders we send sample sizes before confirmation.
Do you provide declarations of conformity?
Yes, for each model in the quotation we include a technical data sheet and declaration of conformity, as required by public procurers and safety engineers.
Which footwear class do we need?
See the glossary of standards. In short: dry S1, puncture resistant S1P, wet S2, construction sites and outdoor work S3, without toe cap O1/O2.
Do you also deliver to Austria, Germany and Croatia?
Yes. Catalogues are also available in German. Terms of delivery abroad are arranged as part of the quotation.
