What is the minimum order quantity?
In the online shop you order by piece; the minimum order value is €300 excl. VAT, prices apply to businesses. For personalisation (embroidery, printing), a reasonable quantity is from 20 pieces per model — we agree this in the quote.
How long does delivery take?
Stock levels vary by model; we state the lead time for each item in the quote. Personalisation extends the lead time by the embroidery or printing turnaround.
Can we get samples?
Yes. For larger orders we send sample sizes for testing before confirmation.
Do you take part in public procurement?
Yes. We prepare documentation by lot, declarations of conformity and technical data sheets for the specified standards.
What about invoicing and VAT?
Invoicing details are in the footer. Payment terms and any special requirements are arranged in the quote.
