What is the minimum order quantity?
We prepare quotations for companies starting from just a few dozen pieces; for personalisation, a reasonable quantity is from 20 pieces per model. For individual pieces, please contact us via the enquiry form.
How long does delivery take?
Stock levels vary by model; we state the lead time for each item in the quotation. Personalisation extends the lead time to allow for embroidery or printing.
Can we get samples?
Yes. For larger orders, we send sample sizes for fitting before confirmation.
Do you take part in public procurement?
Yes. We prepare documentation by lot, declarations of conformity and technical data sheets for the specified standards.
What about invoicing and VAT?
Invoicing details are in the site footer. Payment terms and any specific requirements are arranged as part of the quotation.
