How enquiries, quotations and orders are handled between businesses.
1. Purpose of the website
This website is intended for companies, institutions and public procurers (B2B). Information on products, standards and catalogues is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding offer.
2. Enquiry and quotation
Based on your enquiry, we prepare a written quotation, as a rule within 48 hours of receiving complete information. The quotation includes models, quantities, prices, delivery times, payment terms and validity. It becomes binding upon written confirmation by the customer.
3. Prices and VAT
Prices in the quotation are in euros. The website operator is not VAT-registered; any tax specifics are stated in the quotation.
4. Samples, personalisation, delivery
Sample sizes are sent by agreement. Embroidery and printing are carried out following an approved preview; personalised products are made to order. Delivery times are stated in the quotation and depend on the stock availability of individual models.
5. Standards and documentation
For products marked with standards (EN ISO 20345, EN ISO 20471, EN ISO 11612, EN 388, EN 343 and others), we provide technical data sheets and manufacturers' declarations of conformity upon request. The selection of the appropriate protection class for a specific workplace is the responsibility of the customer or their risk assessment.

Texts, photographs and catalogues on this website are protected by copyright. Use for business purposes without permission is not allowed.
7. Governing law and disputes
The law of the Republic of Slovenia applies. Disputes are resolved amicably; otherwise, the competent court in Ljubljana has jurisdiction.
