Terms of Cooperation
How enquiries, quotations and orders are handled between businesses.
1. Purpose of the site
This website is intended for businesses, institutions and public procurers (B2B). Information on products, standards and prices is provided for information purposes only and does not constitute a binding offer.
2. Enquiry and quotation
Based on your enquiry, we prepare a written quotation, as a rule within 48 hours of receiving complete information. The quotation includes models, quantities, prices, delivery times, payment terms and validity. It becomes binding upon written confirmation by the customer.
3. Prices and VAT
Prices in the quotation are in euros. The site operator is not VAT-registered; any tax specifics are stated in the quotation.
We reserve the right to change prices and correct obvious pricing errors, even for orders already placed but not yet paid. The customer will be notified of any change before the order is confirmed; the customer may then cancel the order free of charge.
4. Samples, personalisation, delivery
Sample sizes are sent by arrangement. Embroidery and printing are carried out following an approved preview; personalised items are made to order. Delivery times are stated in the quotation and depend on stock levels of individual models.
5. Standards and documentation
For products marked with standards (EN ISO 20345, EN ISO 20471, EN ISO 11612, EN 388, EN 343 and others), we provide technical data sheets and manufacturers' declarations of conformity upon request. Selecting the appropriate protection class for a specific workplace is the responsibility of the customer, based on their risk assessment.
6. Copyright
The texts and photographs on this site are protected by copyright. Use for business purposes without permission is not allowed.
7. Governing law and disputes
The law of the Republic of Slovenia applies. Disputes are resolved amicably; otherwise, the competent court in Ljubljana shall have jurisdiction.
